Big Boobie Babes Needs YOU!!!!!!

Hello Lovelies,

We need help!!!!!!

Big Boobie Babes needs lovely, smart, fun, fair minded big boobie babes to help out with running the group. If you think you have what it takes to keep us growing and evolving, keeping up with the fast growing applier market then please read on because you are JUST what we are looking for.

Right now, we need:

~ Chat/notice moderators
~ Bloggers
~ Store assessors
~ Board Callers

Don't have any experience on the above? That really doesn't matter, it isn't rocket science and anyone who is accepted will have the full support of everyone on the staff. This is a biiiiig old group and it takes a whole lot of work to keep it running, as the saying goes, many hands make light work!

A little more about the roles:

~ Chat/Notice Moderators ~

We need you to have at least semi regular hours online so we can make sure we have chat moderated as much as possible.

Your job will be to keep an eye on chat, joining in, and when necessary steering the conversation away from inappropriate issues and within the group rules. Warning offenders and ejecting if necessary.

~ Bloggers ~

Again, no experience is necessary here. Xana was new to blogging when she started helping us with ours and she has done such an amazing job!

For this role, you need to be willing to put in the time and effort scouring the grid and MP for high quality free items with appliers. You will need to be a lover of hunts and have the knack for bargain hunting.

~ Store Assessors ~

You will deal with store applications, making sure that those who apply are aware of our rules and that they are suitable to be part of the Big Boobie Babes family.

~ Board Callers ~

This is something we really really want to bring back to the group. For this we need someone who knows where to find the best Lucky or MM boards for appliers and is willing to seek out more and spend time going round and calling them in the group, getting people excited about the luckies again!!!!!

~ All Staff ~

To join the BBBF staff team, you need to be fluent in English (it doesn't have to be your first language, but you MUST be fluent). Further languages would be wonderful, but are not essential.

You MUST be:

 ~ Fair
 ~ Polite
 ~ Patient
 ~ Honest
 ~ Fun
 ~ Ample Bosomed :P
 ~ Willing to put in your fair share of time and effort.
